Senior Management

Feros Care has a dynamic hands-on senior management team designed to ensure effective and high quality care and service outcomes for care-recipients and their families.

This team consists of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), General Manager Community Services,  General Manager Residential Care, Director of Clinical Services, Finance Manager, Care Managers, People & Culture Manager, IT & Communications Manager and a Media & Marketing Manager. Our dedicated Chaplain/Councillor, Volunteer Coordinator and Program Development Advisor inform management decision-making which is monitored by the Board of Directors, and an integrated committee and taskforce structure.
