Strategic Corporate Plan

The Feros Care Strategic Corporate Plan (2006 – 2009) is subtitled ‘We’re Excited!’ This reflects the energy and commitment within the organisation to become a preferred regional provider of aged and community care with a reputation for innovative and responsive and high quality aged and community care services that concentrate on individual needs and aspirations.

Our plan describes Feros Care’s core business as residential and community care and lifestyle and wellness services. It articulates our future aspirations which include becoming a sustainable, integrated, system-focused and innovative service network operating in high growth areas of New South Wales and Queensland characterised by seven star service.

The plan defines seven key result areas by which Feros assesses its performance and benchmarks achievements. A business planning framework underpins the plan with system-wide plans supporting risk, financial and human resource management; occupational health and safety; information management and marketing. Numerous projects rest under these plans and have been designed to harness opportunities for improvement.

Our Strategic Corporate Plan seeks to promote the organisational ethos and a vision throughout operational, program and project activities, staff performance agreements, and economic, social and environmental decision-making. Our plan covers all aspects of good and responsible management.
