Salary Packaging

Salary Packaging allows staff members to nominate to have certain benefits such as mortgage repayments, rent, loans or credit cards repaid by Feros Care from their pre-tax gross salary (ie. before income tax is deducted).

Salary packaging can potentially reduce the amount of income tax paid by employees and maximises net salary.
