Feros Care Announced Finalist for Not For Profit Organisation of the Year
Feros Care has been announced as a finalist for The Not-For-Profit Network Awards in the category of ‘Organisation of the Year’. The Not-For-Profit Network a nationally and internationally recognised organisation is hosting the inaugural Not-for-Profit Network Awards. These awards recognise the efforts of nonprofits organisations, people, and projects who are achieving outstanding work within the Australian and New Zealand sector.
Feros Care will be vying to be honoured as the leader of excellence within the non-profit sector along with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, RSPCA ACT, and RSPCA Victoria. The winner will be announced on the 23rd of November 2007 at a Gala Awards Night at Movie World on the Gold Coast. Congratulations to Feros Care on becoming a finalist and Good Luck!
Feros Care a local not for profit aged care organisation is continuing to lead the way in service excellence within the field of aged care. Feros Care’s services have expanded to include both low- and high-care residential villages, an exclusive Extra Services Cottage and a broad range of community care and respite services spanning the east coast from Coffs Harbour, New South Wales to Caboolture, Queensland.
In addition to this nomination, Feros Care was recently nominated for another prestigious national award, the Aged & Community Services Australia’s 2007 Organisation Award. Aged Care Services Australia is a national peak body representing over 1,200 church and charitable and community based organizations. As a result of this nomination Feros Care was acknowledged with a Highly Commended Award.
