Community Care
Feros Care At Home includes a range of in-home and community care services that are delivered to care-recipients in their own home. These services support the aged, frail and disabled to remain independent and living in the home of their choice for as long as possible.
The delivery of care in your own home can delay or prevent the need for residential care and ensure better support for both the person in need and their carers, who may be family or friends.
Individual care plans are created that identify and fulfil care-recipient lifestyle wishes in consultation with carers, significant others and health professionals.
Feros Care At Home (also known as community care or in home services) helps people with different needs and aspirations.
