Service Description
Feros Care’s Telecare Monitoring provides assistive technology solutions to support people with a wide variety of care needs to live safely and independently in their own home. The monitoring system consists of a Base Monitor and a range of care and environmental sensors that can assist in managing risks associated with an individuals health and home environment. A range of Telecare sensors monitor risks, hazards and environmental conditions, triggering a call to the response centre or designated carer if assistance is required. The Response Centre is staffed by trained and quick-thinking operators capable of addressing any home emergency or problem 24/7.
Telecare assistive technologies include emergency pendants, movement sensors, door, bed and chair occupancy sensors, reminder calls, smoke, gas, flood and temperature extreme sensors. The technology can provide a piece of mind for people and families that face risks of falls, living alone, diabetes, dementia, epilepsy, chronic disease, physical disability and post hospitalisation care.

Life Link Telecare Monitoring solutions can be added to any care package.
Purchasing or hiring a Life Link Telecare Monitoring includes:
- procurement of the alarm system
- assistance with installation;
- 24 hour Emergency Response

- supported daily testing for the first week and monthly reminders thereafter
