Board Membership

Feros Care Limited is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of a Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and eight (8) Directors.

The Board of Directors’s role is the governance and strategic direction of the organization and work effectively with senior management to ensure high quality care.

The Board meets on the first Wednesday of the month and periodically holds information meetings for members.

From time to time Feros Care seeks new and energetic Board Members who have the skills, knowledge and experience that can further the organization and be willing to be part of a dynamic and innovative aged care organization.

All Board of Directors must hold a Feros Care Membership.
