Board Membership

Feros Care Limited is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of a Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and 8 Directors.

The Board of Directors’ role is the governance and strategic direction of the organisation and work effectively with senior management to ensure high quality care.

The Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month and holds information meetings for members on a quarterly basis.

Feros Care periodically looks for new and energetic Board Members who have skills, knowledge and experience that can further the organisation and who are willing to be part of a dynamic and innovative aged care organisation.

All Board of Directors must hold a Feros Care Membership.
