If you are the type of person who wants to support seniors to live their best life and believe senior years are something to be celebrated, then you fit the brief. We are looking for a Community Support Superstar to perform a variety of services for our clients in a community setting in the Tuggeranong or Woden districts.

More about you:

  • You must be passionate about supporting others
  • You love variety and take pride in your work
  • You appreciate that it is the little things that can make someone’s day
  • You will hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or similar qualification
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts over 5 days per week between 7am – 7pm
  • Happy to work on a casual basis
  • You will have a current drivers licence
  • You will have a reliable car with current registration and third party insurance
  • You are willing to undergo a police check and prove that you have the rights to work in Australia
  • You are ideally located in or prepared to travel in and around Hobart

Be ready to tell us about your experience providing a range of services to clients including undertaking personal care services, transportation to and from appointments, domestic cleaning and preparing light meals.

Your referees will need to be able to ‘vouch’ for your abilities and most importantly articulate how your behaviours and skills made a positive difference when you worked with them and your clients.

**The rate for a casual worker is $26.17 which includes 25% loading.  Reimbursement is paid for work-related travel between clients at the current rate of 78c per kilometre.
