About the Role:

We are excited to have a new opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Northern Rivers Community Services Team. This role has come available through extension of funding under the Commonwealth Home Support Program to provide in-home nursing services to aged people.

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will undertake a variety of general nursing duties in our client’s homes across the region, including administering medication, wound management, catheter care, conducting assessments and providing a high level of care to our valued clients.

We are eager to find someone who can work with us to build on our amazing nursing services to grow this into the South Tassie region. The role will be offered as a casual position however we will review this as the program progresses.

This is a casual role and will be servicing our clients in the Northern Rivers area. To be successful you will need availability for a minimum of 3 days per week. Approximately 15 hours per week.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Community Nursing experience
  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current and unrestricted Australian driver licence and access to own vehicle
