Feros Care charges a standard 16% Case Management fee for all Home Care Package customer, regardless of the Home Care Package level you are on. So if you move from a Level 2 to a Level 4, your Case Management fee's will remain at the same percentage rate.   

Our Wellbeing Managers provide an individualised case management service, working in consultation with you to assist you in getting the most benefit from your HCP. They will
develop your care plan and budgets and review them as your needs change.

This service also provides you with a dedicated support team, available 7 days a week. Our Customer Experience and Virtual Wellbeing teams are a phone call away and include Wellbeing Managers and Registered Nurses who have the expertise to support you to stay healthy and happy.

You can choose if you want additional ongoing Case Management when you sit and do your individual budget with our Wellbeing manager.
