Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Fees

If you are receiving financial support under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHPS) you will pay the below out-of-pocket costs for our health and wellness services:

Physiotherapy visits – $10 per visit (normally $60)

Podiatry visit – $10 per visit (normally $60)

Strong Foundations exercise programs – $5 per class
