We’ve listened to client feedback and made the necessary changes to ensure our clients get the most out of their Home Care Package.Care worker washing dog with client

And today we are very happy to say that after a lot of market research and work, Feros can announce a new no-surprises pricing model.

The new no-surprises pricing will come into effect August 1, 2018.

It reduces fees for all clients as well as compensating our care staff for award increases over the past two (2) years that we have paid for without increasing our pricing.

Our new simplified pricing includes:

  • A reduced administration and service cost fee to 10%
  • A standard case management and service coordination fee of 16%
  • A simple flat day rate of $55 per hour for Community Care staff (Monday to Friday)
  • A simple flat day rate of $106 per hour for Nursing staff (Monday to Friday)
  • Regardless of who delivers your care (Feros or contractor) we will only charge you the relevant flat rate

We feel this reduced administration and service cost fee and predictable billing will be a benefit for the majority of our clients. We have calculated that for most of our clients there may be the equivalent of up to an additional four (4) hours of service per month.
