The Free Virtual Clinical Consultation offer is available to customers who agree to a home visit to discuss establishing your Home Care Package (HCP) services with Feros Care. The person requiring care support must already be approved for a Home Care Package by the Aged Care Assessment Team or Service (ACAT / ACAS) with a package that is less than 3 months from being assigned.
Your virtual clinical consultation will occur with a member of our expert Virtual Nursing Team over the phone at a day and time of your preference and will typically require 30 minutes.
Offer is available for customers that meet the above requirements where a home visit is scheduled with Feros Care prior to December 1st 2024. Limit of one free virtual clinical consultation per customer.
