Feros Care offers group exercise programs for 65 and over, designed to help you live a brighter, better, bolder life. The Department of Health funds three of our exercise programs in your local area.

Each program is run by our experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists over a series of weeks, and designed to be suitable for people of all levels of mobility and fitness. The focus of each program ranges from flexibility to strength and offers an achievable challenge to everyone.

Each program includes a pre and post assessment – so you can see and track your improvement!
