Terms and Conditions of the Home Care Package Bundle Offer

Effective Date: 3rd March 2025

  1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the [Offer Name] (the “Offer”), provided by [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Offer.

  2. Eligibility

    To be eligible for this Offer, participants must:

    1. Have an assigned Home Care Package by the Aged Care Assessment Team or Service (ACAT / ACAS).
    2. Have signed an Agreement for Feros Care to deliver their Home Care Package and aged care services by 30th June 2025.

  3. Offer Details

    The Offer is valid from 3rd March 2025 to 30th June 2025, inclusive.

    The Offer includes the participants choice of the following bundles:

    1. Kitchen equipment bundle:

      • Kettle and tipper in one
      • Can Opener – One-Touch Automatic II
      • Bottle Opener – One-Touch Automatic
      • Jar Opener – One-Touch Automatic
    2. Personal alarm bundle:

      • GPS Pendant
      • Family monitoring
      • GPS Alarm Admission

    To redeem the Offer, customers must quote the offer to be eligible. This can be done by completing the web form on the Feros Care website or calling Feros Care on 1300 461 461.

    The offer is valid for the first 100 participants who meet the eligibility criteria by 30th June 2025.

    The Offer is non-transferable, and no substitutions or exchanges are allowed.

  4. Limitations

    5. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specified.

    The Offer is limited to one (1) product bundle per customer or household.

    The Offer applies only to the listed bundles.

  5. Redemption

    Redemption of the Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

    The Offer is valid only with Feros Care and cannot be applied to previous purchases or refunds.

    Privacy By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with Feros Care’s Privacy Policy.

  6. Changes to the Offer

    Feros Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical problems, or unauthorised intervention.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feros Care is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, including any errors in the terms, technical failures, or problems with redemption.

  8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
