Feros Care, a proud NDIS partner, is dedicated to helping people with disability live healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives. We invite you to explore how we can support you, your family, or someone you care for in navigating the NDIS and accessing the right community supports.
Our LAC team can assist with:
- Understanding the NDIS: Learn how the NDIS works and how it can benefit your young person
- Accessing the NDIS: Get support to apply for an NDIS plan or explore eligibility
- Implementing your NDIS plan: Connect with services and supports tailored to your young person’s goals
- Linking to community resources: Discover government, community, and mainstream services in your area
- Building independence: Explore opportunities for employment, education, and skill-building
