I once took a little bunch of flowers in for a lovely lady. She welled up as they were the flowers her husband used to pick for her. It was very emotional!

Sit with them and ask how they are doing. Really hear what they are saying and respond accordingly. Show them that I honestly care for them.Share one great memory you have with a client.
