Always greet them with big smiles, share my good sense of humor. Talk positive things.Share one great memory you have with a client.
When I brought my guitar for social support at client's place, we were singing together while I'm playing my guitar. I took her driving around. she showed me the old place where she used to lived.Confused about aged care?
