Stay on your feet.  Get out and about.  Live life your way.

The FootHold program is all about delivering podiatry advice to help prevent falls.   From gait analysis to footwear recommendations your feet will thank you for it.

Delivered by a podiatrist, this program is useful if you have had a recent fall or suffer from foot pain.  Maybe you have weakness in your lower limbs, a history of arthritis or feet that turn in.

Exercises for your ankles and feet will be explained and demonstrated.  Orthotics may be recommended and their effectiveness monitored.

Our team will educate you about foot care too.  It’s amazing how sore feet can impact on your freedom to move.   From cracked heels to calluses, or toenails that need attention, the FootHold program is here to help.

Am I eligible?
