SMS Service Notifications
At Feros Care, we’re always looking for ways to improve your service experience, that’s why we wanted to let you know that you still start to receive SMS reminders for your services delivered by a Feros Care team member.
What will happen?
The afternoon before your scheduled service with Feros Care, you’ll receive a SMS message to remind you of your service. To review the confirmed service time, you can click on the link provided in the SMS to view more details, or request changes on MyFeros.
Please note, the notifications are free to receive and will only include reminders for services delivered by Feros Care (not services that are contracted) and will only include Allied Health, Nursing, Personal Care, and Domestic Assistance services.
What is MyFeros?
At Feros Care, it’s important to us to ensure that you feel in-control of your home care services. That’s why we created MyFeros, our free app and website for Feros Care clients. It provides all of the help and support tools you need, and puts you in control of your home care services.
It’s easy-to-use, giving you confidence and peace of mind with every log-in.
Just download the app or jump on the website to access your account from anywhere, at any time.
With MyFeros you can:
- Manage your time and services
- See which care worker will be attending
- Update your details
- Message Feros Care
- View budgets and manage funds
- Plus much more!
What if I need more help with MyFeros?
If you need some help signing up to MyFeros, you can book in a free technical session where our friendly team can help get you up and running on MyFeros.
What if I don’t want to receive SMS notifications?
If you’d prefer to opt out of the trial you can do so by calling our team on 1300 461 461 or turning off ‘service notifications’ in MyFeros.
To turn off service notifications in MyFeros:
Step one: Click on Details. The ‘Service Notification’ sections informs the user of the current status.
Step two: Click on ‘Manage Service Notifications’ button.
Step three: Click on ‘Disable Service Notifications’ button to remove yourself from the trial.
Step four: Your Service Notification status will be updated to reflect that it is switched off.
Step five: To re-enable it, repeat the process.
