Feros Care introduces MyFeros, the self-service tool that helps you better manage your Home Care Package

A new self-service tool makes managing your Home Care Package even easier – book, cancel and change your services when you want, on any device.

Gone are the days of long call waiting times and lengthy conversations just to make a small change to your service booking. Our biggest priority is your experience, and with MyFeros, you can take control and manage your services as you see best. On any device, at any time, you have the freedom and flexibility to manage your Home Care Package services, see your budgets and make contact with our team online – without the need for a phone call. We know your time is important and giving you some back is the best way to say thank you for being a client.

MyFeros – Giving back time, control, and improving safety 

MyFeros is a self-service tool that allows Feros Care clients and their carers and family to view and manage their upcoming services, check their budget and contact our staff via an internet-enabled device. We understand that your Home Care Package should work for you, and not the other way around – that’s why we created MyFeros!

We respect your time, and don’t want you waiting on the phone any time you want to change something. MyFeros makes the process not just easier, but quicker too. Changing, adding, or cancelling a service is only a few clicks away – and you can go back to baking, yoga, or reading that great book you haven’t gotten around to.

A single location

What’s great about MyFeros is that it includes all your service information in a single location. You can easily view your balance, statements line by line, and your service details all under the same portal. That’s a yes from us!

Accessing MyFeros from your mobile or home computer  

MyFeros is available on all devices including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. If you have a Home Care Package with Feros Care then you can set up MyFeros in three simple steps. 

STEP 1:

Simply click the MyFeros Login button on the Feros Care website. You will be redirected to the MyFeros login page.

STEP 2:

Click the Register Account button and complete the registration form. Please enter your first name, last name and date of birth as they would be in your Feros account.

If you have previously registered for MrFeros, select the Log in option to access your account completing the necessary fields.

STEP 3:

Once you have successfully logged into your account you will be able to:

  • View all upcoming (and past) services, request changes, holds and new services
  • View your available budget and previous statements
  • Edit personal details
  • Quickly interact with Feros Central via the messaging system for any type of inquiry or request

The MyFeros tool gives you the flexibility to remain in charge of your services whenever, wherever. We are improving the functionality of MyFeros every day, and will offer the service to Commonwealth Home Support Program clients in the near future. Be sure to check back again soon.
