Stay on your feet.  Get out and about.  Live life your way.

Foot Hold is a foot care program for seniors that’s all about delivering professional podiatry advice to help prevent falls. From gait analysis to orthotics and footwear recommendations, your feet will thank you for it.

As part of the program, specific exercises for your ankles and feet will be explained and demonstrated. To correct an instep, provide support for fallen arches or stabilise the position of your feet while walking, orthotics may be recommended and their effectiveness monitored by the podiatrist.

Another benefit to this aged care podiatry program is that our team will educate you about foot care for seniors too. It’s amazing how sore feet can impact on your freedom to move. From cracked heels to calluses, or toenails that need attention, the Foot Hold program is here to help you regain your freedom of movement and live a more active, fulfilling and bold life.
