What does NDIA managed mean?

‘NDIA managed’ refers to NDIS funding that is managed by the NDIA. If your NDIS plan is NDIA managed (also known as ‘Agency Managed’) it means that you can choose from a range of NDIS registered providers and these providers can
electronically claim payment directly from your NDIS funding.

To keep track of your NDIS funding budget and see the claims that providers have made against your funding, access your NDIS account on the ‘myplace’ portal. If your plan is NDIA managed, you cannot use providers that are not registered with the NDIS.
