Who’s eligible & what’s the cost?
- to be eligible, you must own a smartphone or tablet device as well have internet connection at home.
- this service can be funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) program. The cost may vary on funding type – please call our friendly team for more information.
For how long do I have access to the Smart Home devices?
Once we set up your Smart Home Kit, the technology is yours to keep! If you like, you can even expand your Smart Home device collection over time. Simply let us know, and we can support you in choosing devices that fit your individual needs best!
