At Feros Care, we love the way technology can make our lives that little bit easier – and we want you to love it too. MyFeros is our free online support system for Feros Care clients. It’s a game-changer for technology in aged care, and puts you in control of your services, saving you time along the way. MyFeros is available via an app or a website, and you can even grant access to loved ones so that they can access the portal and support you.

Manage your time and services

View all upcoming (and even past) services within their time window. Request changes, pauses and new services.

Feel safe and in control

With MyFeros you can see which Care Worker is scheduled to come to your home, so you can feel at ease with who to expect.

Manage your funds

View your available budget in real time, view previous statements and manage your reimbursements in one convenient location.

Update your details

Edit personal details and preferences with ease. You might choose to add selected contacts to your MyFeros account and set what they can access, so you can have an additional layer of support in managing your services.

Communicate with ease

Quickly and easily interact with real people, not robots. Contact Feros Care using "messages" for all enquiries and requests, and a real person will get back to you fast. Use group messaging to stay in touch with your contacts and carers.

Access on all devices

MyFeros is available wherever and whenever you are. You can access your account on all mobile phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. The MyFeros App can be downloaded on both Apple and Android devices.

Access your services by voice-command with MyFeros & Google Assistant

In an Australian-first initiative, we've partnered with Google to help our technology reach all seniors in Australia. MyFeros paired with a Google Home device enables seniors to access their funding package information through simple voice commands.

Ready to register for MyFeros?

You can access MyFeros on any device, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. If you have a Home Care Package with Feros Care then you can set up MyFeros in three simple steps.


Simply click the MyFeros Login button at the top of the Feros Care website. You will be redirected to the MyFeros login page.


Click the Register Account button and complete the registration form. Please enter your first name, last name and date of birth as they would be in your Feros account.

If you have previously registered for MyFeros, select the Log in option to access your account completing the necessary fields.

Step 3:

Once you have successfully logged into your account you will be able to begin managing your package.
