Project Overview
Feros Care has submitted a Development Application for a $9 million extension and renovations of Feros Village Bangalow, designed to enhance the comfort, connection, and quality of life for our residents.
The planned works will modernise and expand the village, adding new purpose-built spaces while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere our residents call home.
Key features include:
- A new single-level wing with 10 additional bedrooms, including ensuites and sitting areas
- A wellness and activity centre, including a new gym, to support mind and body
- A contemporary dining space with alfresco options and more room for connection
- Spacious living areas with homely features and improved accessibility
- An upgraded hairdressing salon
- An upgraded reception area
- Additional landscaped gardens and improved car parking for ease and enjoyment
- Energy-efficient design and sustainable building practices
The village will remain open during the works, and our highest priority will be to ensure that life for our residents and the Bangalow community continues. Careful planning will ensure minimal disruption to daily life and the surrounding community.
