Personal Care
We can assist with daily tasks like bathing, dressing and grooming. We can also support with medication, nail care and more – helping you look and feel your best!
Cleaning and household tasks
We can support you with jobs like cleaning, laundry, changing linen and ironing, so that you have more time to do the things you enjoy.
Light gardening
We’re green thumbs at heart, and if you need some TLC in your garden, we’re only a call away. Perhaps you need some help weeding, your veggie patch needs maintenance or there are new plants to be potted. We’re here to help.
In-home respite
Our in-home respite service means we’ll come to you so you can have a break, secure in the knowledge your loved one is being looked after with no disruption to their normal routine.
Nursing
We provide services tailored to your individual needs. This support extends to things like medication, dementia support, diabetes education, wound care, continence management and help after a hospital stay.
Virtual Nursing
Our telehealth nurses use technology to provide vital care and monitoring – without the need to visit your home!
Allied health
Whether you need a little or a lot of care, we provide a range of allied health services, delivered by a team of qualified professionals, to help your health and happiness. Services may include physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, occupational therapy and dietitian services.
We provide psychology a service, delivered by our qualified team of professionals, to ensure you feel supported through challenging times in your life.

Not a problem. Our Home Care Packages (HCPs) are designed around your individual needs and our staff are available to support both after hours, Monday to Friday and on weekends and public holidays.

How to Switch from Current Provider to Feros Care
Great! We can help you through the process of changing your home care provider to Feros Care. Simply call us on 1300 090 256 or submit an enquiry on our contact form.
There are four main steps involved when changing home care providers:
- You need to notify your current provider in writing and confirm a cessation date. We recommend three weeks’ notice to ensure a smooth transition.
- You will need to contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask to have your referral code reactivated. Make sure you tell My Aged Care that you would like to transfer to Feros Care.
- Once you have reactivated your referral code, please call us on 1300 090 256 with your code and the cessation date agreed with your former service provider.
- We will arrange to have your services transferred to Feros. Our Wellbeing Manager will meet with you to discuss what is important to you and get services started.
