The Feros Care ‘Talking About Your Disability, Your Way’ guide is designed to empower people with disability, and employers, to build sustainable and ongoing employment opportunities.

Created in co-design with people with disability, local community, and mainstream organisations, it’s the perfect resource to make workplaces more accessible and inclusive for all people.

The guide contains many tools to assist people with disability to share information, identify their goals and the supports available to help succeed in employment, volunteer work or study – ensuring they can overcome roadblocks and promote self-advocacy.

You can download the form from this page, you’ll also find it stocked as a hard copy across many local organisations around the Adelaide region.

We continue to provide input and support across various organisations as a result, including the Depart of Human Services Volunteering Strategy 2021-2027, ensuring that disability access and inclusion is embedded within this strategy.
