In February 2024, we successfully formed two separate Consumer Advisory Bodies: one for our at-home community clients and another for our village residents. These groups met to discuss the quality of care and experience of our clients and residents, providing valuable feedback directly to the Feros Care Executive Team.
We also welcomed family members and representatives, encouraging them to participate in creating these Advisory Bodies and continuously improve our services to support their loved ones.
Each Body will continue to meet twice yearly, with a combination of face-to-face and virtual sessions to ensure participation from various locations.
