In February 2024, we will be forming two separate Consumer Advisory Bodies: one for our at-home community clients and another for our village residents. You can nominate yourself or another client/resident to talk about care and service quality, and share this feedback with the Feros Care Executive Team.
We’re also reaching out to family members and representatives for nominations, inviting them to help create the Bodies supporting their loved ones.
Each Body will meet twice yearly, with a mix of face-to-face and virtual sessions to accommodate attendance from different locations.
