Our National Advisory Group is made up of representatives from our state Local Working Groups. They meet additionally (twice a year) to form the National Advisory Collective, to provide collaborative oversight.
During our January 2023 meeting, we reviewed items of best practice and discussed how we are working towards embedding collaboration across our organisation.
Some examples we explored:
- ACT – With Friends Initiative – using evaluation tool – ‘Co-design ladder’, to align initiative aims to demonstrate working in a Co-design model.
- SA – Work Experience Project – pathway to support vision of Feros’ Disability Action Plan:
“To be an employer of choice, advocating for inclusion and innovation for people with Disability”.
- National – Sign up form for people to register their interest to be part of upcoming projects.
We also refined our focus areas for each of our Local Working Groups.

Following feedback from LWG1 to ‘work with employers’ and ‘have real examples’, we will be seeking guest employers from the local identified industries to attend the next LWG workshop session.
Working together to guide the development the codesign employment resources across local areas of need.
