In the case of an emergency, our response centre can be notified by pressing the emergency button either on the unit, or on the pendant. One of our team members will communicate through the base unit to assess the situation, and call an ambulance to your home if necessary.

FAQs

How long does installation take after signing up?

Once we receive your signed paperwork we aim to have your monitoring services installed within five business days subject to available licensed technicians. If you have opted for a mobile base alarm that does not require a technician, we will courier to you within four days.

Do I have to sign up for a minimum period of time?

There is no minimum length of time to have the Feros Care service active. There is, however, a two-week cancellation policy. After this time, we will no longer charge your fortnightly monitoring costs, however rental on hardware will still continue until you have returned all your equipment.

Do I need a landline or a home phone?

Our current alarms operate on mobile network and are not required to connect to your home landline. In rare cases, where mobile coverage is poor, we are able to offer the landline option. If you’re not sure, please feel free to contact us and we can help assess your requirements.
