It's all about the people

Our people are who make Feros Care a great place to work.

Whether you’re looking to work with us as a client or apply to join us, you’ll notice our difference almost immediately – and this all starts with people.

This is why we invest a lot into supporting each individual to reach their full potential.

Feros Care support our staff fulfil their best life’s work

To encourage this, we provide opportunities for our team to participate in meaningful, enjoyable and engaging activities. Through our Seven Star program, our external education initiatives, our well-being programs, community events, our team meetings and our conferences, all staff have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

You are welcome at Feros Care

We make sure you feel like you belong from the moment you arrive.

So, when you join our team, we invite you to our headquarters in Coolangatta. This is a great opportunity to meet us and engage with fellow peers from across the organisation. We call this a ‘Jump Start’ and is designed to start you off on your journey at Feros Care. During the Jump Start period, you get to learn about our company, our culture and more about your role.

Our team fosters a strong culture

At Feros, we don’t just care about your experience and skills but also your genuine passion to help people ‘live their best life’ and grow bolder. It doesn’t matter if you work in the office or if you work directly with our clients performing aged care and disability support services.

It’s that passion that makes the difference! So, we encourage you to let it out!

Diversity and inclusion

At Feros Care, we value everyone from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures and those living with disabilities. It’s through our safe and collaborative workplace that we believe we do our best work!

Always united as a team

Although our headquarters is located in Coolangatta, our people are located in all states and territories across Australia. We have over 80 positions here at Feros, from Allied Health Professionals to Support Workers, Application Developers to Accounts Payable, Clerks to Cooks and everything in between. We have a role for just about everyone!

Not looking for work but still want to get involved?

We have volunteering opportunities too! You can help make a big difference for your fellow Australians.

Our People Stories

Indian woman in Badminton outfit, racket over her shoulder

We’re a colourful bunch at Feros Care and we welcome everyone from all walks of life.  Our recruitment doors (and hearts) are open to those who want to make a real difference for people in the community.  Our mission is to actively include, welcome, and value the unique contributions of all our team members, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, those from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people with disability.

Indian woman in black Feros Care t-shirt holding clapper board saying SMASHING!

Prahb’s episode of SMASHING! celebrates her unique journey and how her culture enriches her work and the lives of those she cares for. It’s another example of how diversity, passion, and personal stories are not just welcomed but celebrated at Feros Care. Prahb, with her engaging personality, her love for food and family, and her commitment to her clients, perfectly embodies the spirit of what makes Feros Care different.

Feros Care client Darryl Ferney wearing boxing gloves standing in a boxing ring

Just as our trailblazing Feros Care team members aren’t your typical aged care workers, 76-year-old Darryl Ferney isn’t your typical aged care client.

Boasting an eclectic backstory with a rich tapestry of interesting and downright cool professional and personal highlights, he’s about as vanilla as a rainbow paddle pop. In other words, Darryl obliterates the ‘boring and beige’ stereotype sometimes associated with his age group, and is the personification of an aged care recipient reframing public perception.
