Feros Care wins Gold Medal Award in Home Care Service

We are so excited to announce that Feros Care has been recognised as the best Home Care Service Provider in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory! 

Over 2000 Australians voted in the Reader’s Digest Australian Quality Service Awards. Out of 12 home care providers, Feros Care was recognised as the best in delivering outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed consumer expectations.

Voters were asked to identify excellence in five key categories: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency. 

And on November 17, 2022, we were officially awarded the Reader’s Digest Gold Medal Award for Home Care Services, with Wellbeing Manager Caroline accepting the award on behalf of Feros Care.

The annual awards recognise Australian companies that deliver outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed consumer expectation.

Independent market research agency Catalyst Consultancy and Research conducted the survey, reviewing Australian services and retail in over 38 categories, recognising companies valued by their customers.

Results also indicated that, happily, customer loyalty towards Feros Care exceeds industry standard – recording a customer satisfaction score (using Net Promoter Score metric) of 47, while the industry benchmark sits at 34.

We value open and honest feedback from clients, and also review offerings and services via regular face-to-face and virtual panels.

The Reader’s Digest survey recorded customer feedback where Feros Care received many positive comments about tailored services, a high level of care and professionalism, as well as excellent service and friendly staff.

Wellbeing Manager Caroline, who accepted the award on the night, has the privilege of receiving many of these comments firsthand through her role.

“I lead a team of care workers dedicated to providing outstanding, consistent and personalised customer service. And I see, firsthand, the positive impact this level of service has on the lives of our clients.

“Because people rely on us, we rely on employing great people. It’s so wonderful that our clients have recognised our caring, encouraging and nurturing team members.”
